Digital Drawing from Start to Finish! It took hours!

I studied art at Uni along with creative writing.. I loved both of these modules, but the crux of my degree was journalism. As you may have figured.. I'm not a Journalist! I wish I had taken the photography module instead because, I have zero interest in current affairs.. not the best start for a budding Journalist!
Anyway, the art and creative writing were my favourite subjects. I remember doing a live drawing.. I also remember laughing behind the easel because the model in question (a man) get getting well.. I'll leave it to your imagination.. I was sooooo mature back then, but the small things still make me giggle (no pun intended!).
Throughout the years my creative talents got lost in a sea of corporate sales as my time as a recruitment consultant.. I enjoyed the job but I felt stifled. Suits and heels were definitely not me! Give me wellies and scruffs any day!
I got a break and was able to leave corporate, moved to Essex, worked on livery yard and it was bliss. Definitely more me. But a frozen shoulder was when I got the chance to exercise my creative flair again. I was house bound, seriously, I couldn't even drive! This is when i created the wonderful, bold and intriguing works which are proudly hung on my walls. I'd been looking for art as a statement for a while but nothing was reaching out to me.. I then had an idea. I have no idea where the idea came from, but it did, and I loved it!
Anyway, 10 years later I am creating again, and selling my work. I have a business partner who has inspired me to stretch myself, and if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be doing what I am doing. She loves my work.
I digress, as I always do.. I hope you like Andalucian Family. This was my first attempt at a digital drawing.. and the stallions right eye (looking at him) I found incredibly challenging. I have sold a copy of this. My digital drawings I don't plan on selling, but, I may in the future as people seem to like my style of drawing..
